Emily B. Kile

A graduate of the Northeastern School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Colorado, Boulder and holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from Boston College. Emily is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), a past president of the Arizona Chapter of NAELA and continues as a member of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Chapter of NAELA and a member of the Public Policy Committee of the Arizona Chapter of NAELA. She is licensed to practice law in Arizona. She has been licensed to practice law since 1993. She is a volunteer arbitrator with the Better Business Bureau of Arizona.

Daniel R. Klein

A graduate of the Hastings College of Law at the University of California. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, San Diego. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), a member of the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council, a member of the Estate Planning and Probate section of the Arizona State Bar, a member of the Committee on Financial Exploitation for Maricopa Elder Abuse Prevention Alliance, a member of the Planned Giving Committee with Autism Care and Treatment, Arizona Chapter, and a member of the Planned Giving Committee with the Jewish Community Foundation. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California. He has been licensed to practice law since 2003.

Anita Ward

Anita Ward has worked as a legal assistant with the Kile Law Group since 2005. With more than 30 years legal experience, she specializes in guardianships/conservatorships and probates. Anita meets with the families and assists them through the legal process.

Allison Ward Lasher, MSW

A graduate of the Arizona State University School of Social Work in Phoenix, AZ and holds a Masters in Social Work. She graduated as the Graduate Student of the Year for the College of Public Programs at ASU in 2007. Allison focuses on ALTCS and Veteran's Benefits and works with clients to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.  Allison has experience working in crisis intervention, mental health, and elder law.

Elizabeth Mulvey

A graduate of Arizona State University. She holds a bachelors degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences. She graduated cum laude from Arizona State University. Liz focuses on ALTCS and Veterans benefits and works with clients to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. Liz has experience in probate matters, mental health, and elder law.

Jennifer Blum

Jennifer Blum is our office manager. She earned her BS in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts and has been working with our team since 2006.
